What happens if there is bad weather?In case of bad weather your service will proceed once the weather has cleared up. In some cases having wet grass may not be ideal for scooping. We will come as soon as the grass is dry enough. You will never be charged for a service if weather does not permit.

Do you offer flexible scheduling?Yes, we offer weekly, bi-weekly, and once a month cleaning services. Our weekly service is the best value for your money. With the once a week cleaning you will get our best rates and be eligible to earn a $20 credit for every new customer you refer.

What do you do with the poop?This is up to the homeowner. We can leave the thrash bag/s in your outdoor garbage cans or we can haul the thrash bags away for you. This will be asked before service begins. If the homeowner wants us to take the thrash there will be a $5 charge per month for this service.

Do I have to be home for you to complete the service?No you do not need to home for us to scoop your yard. We do however ask you to have your dog/s inside. This is especially important if you have aggressive dogs.

Do dogs have to be inside?For the most part yes. If you know that your dog is aggressive this is mandatory. If they are friendly it is not as important, but for us to work properly and efficiently it is best if dogs are left indoors at time of service.

What happens if we are not home when you come?No matter what we will always leave an invoice at your door stating that service was complete.

Does the service include both front and back yard?It depends on the size. For the typical yard we only do either the front or back yard. This is of your choosing. If you have a smaller lot then we can do both yards. If it is bigger we will charge an extra $5 per week.

What if I don’t have accumulated waste when we start service?If there is little to no accumulated waste on the property before service begins you will not be charged for the initial cleaning.

Do you offer commercial property services?Yes, we do offer commercial services. If you are the owner of a commercial property or property manager please email us at support@dogmesscleanup.com to receive information and pricing for your commercial property cleaning

When are payments due?All payments are due before time of service. We currently accept cash, checks, and Venmo. Credit card payments will be provided soon.
